2.         Member's terms and conditions

This Membership Website Usage Policy, details the terms and conditions set forth to members by Hospitality People Connected for registration and usage of the Web Services, referred to as 'services' offered by us as part of its membership services.

Member applications

  • By registering on the Hospitality People Connected website as a member, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.
  • Membership is subject to the approval of Hospitality People Connected.
  • By signing up for your membership to use the Hospitality People Connected website membership services you express agreement with these terms and conditions.

Application for Membership

As a member you are required to:

  • Provide full identification information.
  • Provide your true name and valid e-mail address. If either item is not authentic, then the user will not have usage rights.
  • Any dishonest representation such as use of any name or e-mail other than a user's own will result in deletion of membership, and can be subject to prosecution to the full extent of the law.

As a general rule, Hospitality People Connected shall accept all member applications when no restrictive issues regarding service and technical processes occur. Hospitality People Connected can reject member applications in the following cases:

  • When members apply with an assumed name or any name that is not their own.
  • When false information is provided in the member application.
  • When membership application is done to disrupt social order and/or morals and public well-being.
  • When membership intent is based on dishonest and/or illegal purpose.
  • When membership intent is based on commercial profit-making purposes.
  • When other rules and regulations are violated.

Hospitality People Connected can withhold acceptance of membership applications until issues such as the following are resolved.

  • If Hospitality People Connected systems reach over capacity.
  • If Hospitality People Connected systems incur technical difficulties.
  • If other restrictive issues arise from Hospitality People Connected systems operations.

Member Information Protection and Usage

Hospitality People Connected:

  • Will take all precautions to protect the personal information provided by members in their usage registration. Refer to the privacy policy.
  • Reserves the right to release personal information if requested via legal processes.
  • Is not responsible for any release of personal information resulting from actions, voluntary or involuntary, by members themselves.

Hospitality People Connected's responsibilities

Hospitality People Connected shall:

  • Open services to members on the date requested by the member except in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Undertake to ensure that this service is consistent and stable, including prompt repair and restoration of service after any unavoidable service stoppages. We shall is not responsible for any such service stoppages.
  • Accept member opinions and feedback and take the appropriate actions.
  • Reserves the right to inspect content and postings and make amendments and deletions without prior notice to the member where the posting transgresses member responsibilities.
  • Release for legal purposes any governmental requests.

Member's responsibilities

By applying for membership with us you agree to the following responsibilities, as a member:

  • Provide true information at the time of registration and/or personal information modification
  • Not allow another non-member to access the website using their membership login details.
  • Not assign, transfer, and/or lend any service usage rights and/or membership agreement to any other party without the express written consent of Hospitality People Connected.
  • Not infringe on any intellectual property rights of Hospitality People Connected and/or any third party.
  • Members are strictly prohibited from the following, and where found to have done any of the following will have their membership terminated:
    • Provision of false information at time of registering.
    • Unauthorized use of another person's ID and password
    • Usage of member ID for any commercial purposes with others
  • Any misrepresentation/libellous action concerning Hospitality People Connected 's operators, employees, partners, and/or contracting parties
  • Modify programs, hacking of Hospitality People Connected servers, and/or modification of any and/or all website content without express permission from us
  • Disable or interrupt any service operations.
  • Circulate any immoral, vulgar, and/or lewd contents including information, script, images, sounds, videos/animations, etc. using any means
  • Publish, insert, post, and/or send any erroneous, non-permitted content such as advertisements/promotions, junk or spam mail, chain letters, and/or any pyramid schemes
  • Behave in any way that serves to offend, harass, threaten, and/or cause distress to others
  • Conduct any activity of a betting nature and/or commercial exchange.

  • Engage in any activity that is regarded as unlawful

Service times

  • Barring any unforeseen stoppages due to technical issues, service shall operate at all times, twenty-four hours a day, year-round. However, service stoppages can occur without prior notice due to technical issues, emergency system inspection, expansion, replacement, etc. Hospitality People Connected reserves the right to perform such service stoppages under its sole discretion.
  • If service stoppages are necessitated due to any state of national emergency, blackouts, system disruptions, and/or usage congestion, all and/or a portion of services may be temporarily discontinued.
  • Hospitality People Connected reserves the right to discontinue certain portions of service at any time. Members shall be notified prior to such action.

Member Management

Hospitality People Connected reserves the right to delete, move, and/or reject any notice/posting without notice if any of the following cases apply.

  • Any serious insults and/or slanderous remarks are made to other members and/or third parties.
  • Any circulation of and/or link to immoral and/or anti-social content.
  • Any content that is of a commercial nature, such as sale or exchange of member IDs and/or cyber goods.
  • Any content that promotes illegal activities, such as software copying and/or hacking.
  • Any content and/or advertisements aimed at making a financial gain.
  • Any content reasonably deemed unlawful and/or criminal.
  • Any content that infringes on property rights and/or other rights of other members and/or third parties.
  • Any content that does not coincide with our rules and regulations.
  • Any content that may disrupt normal service operations
  • Any content deemed to violate related law

Rights of use of content

Members are strictly prohibited from selling, and/or using for any commercial purpose any information sourced from the use of services.

Links

Hospitality People Connected and/or third parties can post links to other websites and/or files. We do not hold the right to control such links, and we are therefore not responsible for any website, content, advertisement, and/or product links that fall outside the bounds of any distinct cases of Hospitality People Connected intent or negligence.

Advertising

  1. Hospitality People Connected sources a portion of funding for service offerings from advertisers. Members shall consent to the exposure of such advertisements when using the services.
  2. Hospitality People Connected assumes no responsibility for any damages and/or losses from any transactions and/or interaction made between members and any advertising organizations that execute advertisements and/or promotions via Hospitality People Connected Website.

Service Usage Restrictions

  • Hospitality People Connected reserves the right to restrict service usage to any members who violate any conditions described in "Member responsibilities" and/or commit any of the following actions:
    • Use of any offensive and/or anti-social nickname
    • Committing insults to other members and/or disrupting service usage
    • Other actions that prevent normal service operations
    • Forced usage of any services that are unauthorized and above the level of registered membership
    • Unauthorized usage for commercial gain
    • Other actions that prevent normal service operation
  • Hospitality People Connected reserves the right to terminate the membership agreement of any members without prior notice according to the conditions stated in the service usage restrictions listed above.

3.         Free advice service terms and conditions

Hospitality People Connected offers a 'free' advice service. By using our FREE advice service you are agreeing that, under no circumstances, will Hospitality People Connected be liable for any information given whether or not the information is correct, current or complete or for any consequences of any action that is taken, or failed to be taken by any person as a result of the advice.

Hospitality People Connected will not be responsible for:

  • Failure or refusal of an expert to consult with you or to answer your question.
  • The results of the advice given.
  • Dissatisfaction with the given answers.
